Rival Newsletter is a free service operated by Spronta Ltd. You can use it to receive a weekly digest of public-web signals about companies you ask us to watch. By signing up you confirm:

• The email address is yours, or you have permission to use it.
• You won't use the service for illegal purposes.
• You won't try to abuse, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.

The digest is for informational purposes. We do our best to be accurate, but signals are summarised by software and may be wrong. Use your own judgement.

We can terminate or rate-limit accounts that abuse the service (e.g. excessive rival changes, attempts to mass-sign-up other people's addresses, etc.).

The service is provided "as is." No warranties. We're not liable for any losses arising from acting on what you read in the digest.
